Pickup Details:

  • The Pickup Time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST) and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 3 PM (EST).
  • The Pickup address: 50 East Beaver Creek Rd, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G6. Please use the Shipping Door at the back of the unit.

Important Reminders:

  • Requests to switch from delivery to pickup must be made by 2:00 PM (EST). Please have your Butterflygp.com order or invoice reference number(s) ready when making the request.
  • Requests to change from pickup to delivery will no longer qualify for free delivery.
  • You can also arrange for your own courier to pick up your order.
  • Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of the pickup date will be disposed of.

Rules and Conditions for In-Store Pickup:

1. Eligibility:

  • In-store pickup is available for all products!

2. Order Processing:

  • Orders must be placed online and paid for in full before pickup.
  • You will receive an email confirmation by “Ready for Pickup” when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Pickup Window:

  • Orders must be picked up within a specified time frame (Orders not collected within 3 weeks from the pickup date will be disposed of).

4. Identification:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation email must be presented at the time of pickup.
  • If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must present their own ID along with a copy of the order confirmation email.

5. Pickup Location:

  • Pickup location details, including address and operating hours, will be provided in the order confirmation email.
  • Please ensure to visit the correct location for your order pickup.

6. Order Modifications:

  • In-store pickup method can be modified once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us.
  • Cancelling the pickup method is allowed before the order is marked as ready for pickup.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned to the pickup location unless otherwise specified.

  • Wait for the pickup confirmation email before heading to the store. Arriving before receiving this confirmation may result in taking your time as your order may not be ready.
