• Flat Rate Price: The flat rate price is based on your city and province. You can check the applicable rate at checkout before completing your purchase.
• Flat rate shipping does not cover losses from delays. For time-sensitive products, we strongly recommend selecting the free in-store pickup option.

Pickup Details:

• The Pickup Time: is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST) and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 3 PM (EST).
• The Pickup address: 50 East Beaver Creek Rd, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G6. Please use the shipping door at the back of the unit.

Important Reminders:

• Requests to switch from delivery to pickup must be made by 2:00 PM (EST). Please have your Butterflygp.com order or invoice reference number(s) ready when requesting. 
• Requests to change from pickup to delivery will no longer qualify for free delivery.
• You can also arrange for your own courier to pick up your order.
• Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of the pickup date will be disposed of.
